Light and airy, the school’s nine labs are equipped with cutting edge equipment, dedicated to pratical hands-on training. Each Lab is organized to enhance the learning of a speciality such as Pastry, Chocolate, Baking, Confectionery, Ice Cream and Catering.
In addition, students benefit from classrooms equipped with audio and video equipment which promote the acquisition of new knowledge. Also, made available to the students is an auditorium seating 84 which offers a high level forum for exchanging and sharing.
