At ENSP we are totally dedicated to providing top instruction in the field of French Pastry and Baking. For our professional classes, our educational philosophy is based on the idea of highly decorated and experienced chefs, teaching professionals with an interest of continuing their education. For first time students, we take the same approach, with a dedicated staff of a high level of experience and performance.
The school is located on the picturesque property of the Château Montbarnier which includes a state of the art training facility, hotel and restaurant. It is located in the tranquil Haute Loire region of France and is close to many sights and attractions, including Lyon, the food capital of France.

A LA CARTE
A partnership program with culinary schools worldwide. This program allows students the possibility of perfecting their pastry and baking skills under the guidance of experienced international chefs.
CLASSES IN ENGLISH
Our programs taught in English are designed for the international students with a desire to learn the French way of Pastry and Baking, but lacking in French language skills.
This series provides very intense training in a specific area such as ice cream, macarons, chocolate, sugar and viennoiserie. The classes range from two and a half days to five days and are for professionals only.
