If you are looking for a world class French Pastry Arts program but are hesitant that your French isn't quite good enough, come join the Ecole Nationale Superieure de Pâtisserie for an intensive 7 month pastry program taught in English and French (5 months at ENSP and 2 months of internship).
Not only will you be learning French pastry techniques in small classes limited to 12, but you will experience a once in a lifetime international experience with students coming from all over the world. hands-on experience:

  • 530 hours in the pastry laboratories

  • 40 hours of applied technology

  • 70 hours of Hygiene and Security

  • 10 hours of drawing (to stimulate your sense of aesthetics and learn about form and color)

  • 10 hours of First-aid instruction

  • 20 hours of French classes

  • 2 months of internship

At the end of the 5 months, you will be ready to put the knowledge and techniques that you have learned into professional use and perform an internship in a restaurant or pastry boutique.

We know how stressful the beginning of an internship can be especially if you are not confident of your language skills.This is why, during your five month stay at the school, we will also provide you with French classes.
Regardless of your language skills when you arrive, these classes will help you get to a functional level.
